The committee of HMI West is delighted to welcome Mr. Dean Sullivan to present at this regional meeting. The Health & Social Care Board is the principal Commissioning organisation, together with the Public Health Agency for the NI Health Service. This meeting will provide an excellent opportunity for Managers to receive a first hand briefing on Commissioning  approaches and experiences, at a systems wide level.
