‘Leadership in the Irish Health Service’
The HMI Dublin Mid Leinster Region are delighted that the recently appointed General Secretary, Department of Health, Mr. Jim Breslin has agreed to address our next meeting.
Mr. Breslin rejoins the Department from the Department of Children and Youth Affairs where he served as its inaugural Secretary General for the last 3 years. In his career to date, he has worked previously in the Department of Health, the Health Service Executive, the Eastern Regional Health Authority and the Department of Finance.
