The Business Case for EI – “Emotional Intelligence is a better predictor of success than previous experience or a high IQ”
The HMI West Region is delighted to offer you the opportunity to attend our upcoming workshop on Emotional Intelligence to be presented by Karen Maher, lead trainer with HMI who is qualified to administer and interpret EQ-I(2).
This workshop will give you a broad understanding of emotional intelligence and will discuss the five most important factors for overall work success, based on research carried out by Multi Health Systems in the USA.
The content of the workshop will also include:
- An overview of what emotional intelligence (EI)
- How it is measured
- Why it is important and how to apply it in the workplace to help maximise organisational productivity.
