Managing Current Challenges in a Context of Ongoing Change

Caroline has a strong background in health management and leadership development. A core part of her work experience is group facilitation for a range of outcomes, some of which include helping groups to focus on how they react to and manage change personally and professionally in their workplace.

This event will be highly participative and interactive, looking at practical techniques to assist participants manage change effectively. During the session participants will have the opportunity to work in groups which will generate support and enable shared learning. The event will be structured around existing change models to help managers think through their current challenges while working within a context of constant change.
