This online Bullying and Harassment course is designed to help participants understand that all employees have the right to be treated with dignity and respect while at work. This course looks at how employers and employees can avoid the problem of bullying, harassment and sexual harassment in the workplace. It helps participants identify the different types of inappropriate behaviour, promotes the responsibilities of all in maintaining a safe place to work and outlines the correct process action. Participants will work their way through interactive scenarios following the process from reporting an incident through to dealing with the complaint.
