“The Challenges Facing Line Managers”

Barry O’Brien, National Director of Human Resources, HSE has agreed to address our next regional meeting on the 15th of August. He will address the challenges facing line managers and the support and leadership which they can expect from Human Resources as the new structures are implemented in the health services and managers work to optimize the opportunities presented by the Haddington Road Agreement. Mr. O’Brien has many years experience in the Public Health System. Prior to taking up his current role, he was Assistant National Director of Human Resources, HSE South with a strong track record in delivering major change across
a wide range of services.
