All patients and clients in healthcare settings have a right to safe and respectful relationships where they feel secure, valued and confident in the support that they receive from those charged with their care. This places a responsibility on healthcare organisations and employers to know how to respond correctly if an abuse in this trust occurs. During this one-day course, our course facilitator will utliise work based scenarios to probe learner knowledge and guide learners through the policy and procedures step by step in terms of investigation and follow up actions.
