Management course
Our Management Essentials course is suitable for newly appointed managers, those thinking about taking the next step in their career, or those looking to upskill. It leads to a QQI Level 6 qualification and it is accepted by HIQA where a management qualification is required.

New for 2025
Our new course Trust in Care (1 day tutor led course) is suitable for managers tasked with ensuring that proper and appropriate standards of care are maintained on their own teams/in their department. It is suitable also for HR personnel who may be tasked to support managers where any instances or alleged instances of abuse have occurred in understanding the proper process and procedures to be followed.

Stepping Up (1 day tutor led course) providing a comprehensive overview of fundamental management skills – ideal for those who wish to take a first step in their management career.
Dignity at Work (1 day tutor led course) helps individuals and organisations to heighten their awareness of dignity and respect in the workplace. It can help to build and maintain a workplace where employees come to work without fear of being bullied or harassed. It teaches participants about their right to be treated, and their responsibility to treat others, with dignity and respect in the workplace.
Building Resilience in Healthcare Customer Services (1 day tutor led course) aims to give staff members the competence and confidence to develop an understanding of effective customer services and to build an awareness of their own communication and interpersonal style when dealing with patients.
