Quality & Risk Manager Required
Highfield Healthcare established since 1825 incorporates Highfield Hospital and Hampstead Clinic Services approved by the Mental Health Commission and Nursing Home Services including the Alzheimer Care Centre and Elmhurst Nursing Home registered by HIQA.
Highfield Healthcare is now looking to recruit a highly motivated, experienced Quality & Risk Manager to join the team and support our progressive service development plan.
Reporting to the CEO and working directly with the Clinical Director and Director of Operations, the Quality & Risk Manager will have overall responsibility for risk management and clinical governance at Highfield Healthcare.
This is a new senior management position and provides a real opportunity for the right candidate seeking to progress their career in quality assurance and risk management in healthcare.
Candidates must:
- Hold a degree or equivalent or relevant professional qualification; Preference to candidates with a graduate Diploma or MSc. in Healthcare Risk Management;
- Have relevant management experience in healthcare quality and risk systems and processes and change management;
- Be registered in the relevant Division of the Register of Nurses kept by the Nursing & Midwifery Board of Ireland or be entitled to be so registered, a distinct advantage.
