24th EAHM congress, 28-29 November 2013
The theme of the 24th EAHM congress is: Hospital Management in Times of Crisis – constraints, challenges and opportunities.
The conference takes place in Luxembourg from 28-29 November 2013 in Luxembourg.
The congress, bringing recognised experts in the field of management together, will elaborate the theme during different sessions like developing strategic guidelines, introducing business process reengineering and introducing innovation through new technologies and processes. In this way, we aim to focus on areas where strong leadership will make the difference.
Roundtables will give the opportunity to share best practices and discuss added-value. Posters will contribute by showing the implementation and practical benefits and implementability of quality measurement, patient safety, communication, quality and cost-effectiveness. On the exhibition floor, healthcare industry professionals will provide in-depth insight into the latest developments in healthcare.
