Certificate in Management Skills
Certificate in Management Skills continues to be one of our most popular programmes. Hundreds of managers in the health service have chosen this programme to develop essential management skills and attain a recognised qualification. This programme has received excellent reviews from previous participants. The cost of this 3 day FETAC programme is €675 per person. However, we have a special offer available for the new year. From now until the 31st of January, book on any of our Management Skills programmes listed here for €550 per person. We are running programmes in various locations in 2013.

Employment Law for Health Service Managers
During 2013, we will also run our 1 day Employment Law for Health Service Managers course. This comprehensive course covers ten key areas of employment law practice, essential for every manager needing a working knowledge of employment law. This course is very competitively priced at €225 per person. Book between now and 31st of January to avail of our discounted price of €195 per person. This programme can also be run in-house basis for €1,250.

Attendance Management
One of the key challenges facing managers is the management of attendance and absence on a daily basis. Our 1 day Attendance Management course equips managers with an understanding of the issues involved and the means to create an attendance culture. This programme is run on an in-house basis and costs €1,000.
