Forum for Managers 22 June 2012
Delivering Change – the new imperatives
22nd June 2012
Regional Education Centre, HSE, Ardee, Co. Louth
The Health Management Institute of Ireland (HMI) is pleased to announce the next meeting in our successful Forum for Managers series.
Change management remains the most critical management competency. Service delivery and cost reduction cannot be achieved without successful change implementation. This forum explores best practice in change management. It will allow managers to discuss how they have achieved successes and to explore the reasons why some changes are difficult to bring about.
The workshop will commence with a short update for the Compstat Forum. Following the presentations, there will be plenty of opportunity for delegates to participate in an open discussion.
