Managers views sought on health changes
The Health Management Institute of Ireland has received many expressions of concern regarding the impact of on-going changes. These include the moratorium, budget/service cutbacks and somewhat ‘hidden costs’ such as the effect of increments and VAT on resource availability. Managers concerns focus on the ability to sustain services in 2012 and to operate effectively as service managers.
The Institute will be responding to these concerns and would like to solicit the views of as many managers as possible. You are invited to participate in a short, anonymous survey on our website. Please take five minutes to make sure that the views of managers are heard during this critical period.
The survey will close on Thursday 12 January 2012. Please forward this email for your colleagues to have their say and allow us prepare a comprehensive response on the impact of on-going changes in our health services.
To participate in the survey, please answer the questions below and click on the ‘Submit’ button. Please note that all responses are anonymous.
Thank you for your time and have a happy Christmas and new year.
THIS SURVEY IS NOW CLOSED. THANK YOU FOR YOUR FEEDBACK.
