HMI’s Core Skills of Management programme begins

HMI’s Core Skills of Management programme (Leading to FETAC Advanced Certificate in Management Level 6) commences today in St. Patrick’s College, Drumcondra!

The programme, which is delivered by our training and development partner shrc limited, runs over 8 months (one Friday and one Saturday per month).

It covers a wide range of topics including:

  • Business Management;
  • People Management;
  • Strategic and Service Planning;
  • Coaching;
  • Financial Management;
  • Conflict Management;
  • Governance and Risk Management;
  • Employment Law; and
  • Planning for Personal Development.
